How to Report Pavement Parking West Midlands Police advise different reporting routes depending on the situation: To Local Council: Report parking on dropped kerbs, double yellow lines, or in restricted bays (like Blue Badge or taxi bays) directly to your relevant local council.To West Midlands Police: If a vehicle is causing a physical obstruction (blocking the pavement entirely) or is parked dangerously near a junction, report it as Anti-Social Behaviour on the WMP website or call 101.Operation Snap: You can submit dashcam or photographic evidence of dangerous parking directly via the WMP Operation Snap portal.
